• Submit legitimate NFT projects for community verification

3. User Accounts and Verification

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Platform, you must:

• Connect a cryptocurrency wallet
• Create an account with a Twitter/X handle
• Wait for admin verification before posting, voting, or commenting

3.2 Account Verification

We reserve the right to verify, reject, or suspend user accounts at our discretion. Accounts may be rejected or suspended for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Spam or abuse
• Providing false information

4.2 Report Requirements

When submitting reports, you must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Include sufficient evidence (screenshots, contract addresses, transaction hashes, etc.)
• Write descriptions of at least 50 characters
• Include at least one piece of evidence (screenshot, contract address, suspicious transaction, website, or Twitter handle)
• Base reports on facts, not emotions or personal attacks

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review, edit, or remove any content submitted to the Platform
• Reject reports that do not meet our evidence requirements
• Delete reports that are false, misleading, or violate these Terms
• Suspend or ban users who violate these Terms
• Moderate content to ensure platform integrity and safety

All reports are subject to moderation before being made public. The moderation team's decisions are final.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RugAlert and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 No Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: The information on RugAlert is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. All reports and submissions are community-generated allegations that have been verified by our moderation team, but they are not proven facts.

7.2 DYOR (Do Your Own Research)

You should always conduct your own research (DYOR) before making any investment decisions. RugAlert is a tool to help inform your decisions, but you are solely responsible for your investment choices.

7.3 No Warranties

• Open a ticket through our ticket system
• Select "Dispute a Report" as the ticket type
• Provide evidence supporting your dispute

Our moderation team will review disputes within 24-48 hours and take appropriate action.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or harassment of other users
• Repeated submission of false or misleading reports

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
